Customer Service Director

This position could also be thought of as "Director of First Impressions." We are looking for someone to take charge of customer interactions and touch points. This is not a role where you will simply fulfill a checklist and call it a day. You must be creative and perceptive, anticipating and solving problems before they ever arise. If you challenge the status quo in favor of a better customer experience, you can't go wrong. Duties include:
- Manage information desk staff and schedule
- Schedule additional employees as needed for tournament admissions
- Think critically about how A-Game is presented at every customer touch-point (lobby, phone greetings, staff presentation, etc.)
- Manage all aspects of the information desk (cleanliness, ordering office supplies, cash handling, customer inquiries and complaints)
- This is a full-time position

Food Service Assistant Manager

With the opening of the Overlook Bar & Grill, and the approach of our Quench Bar at Quest Fitness, our food service is growing rapidly. We have assistant managers in charge of both the Overlook and Quench, but we now have a gap at our flagship enterprise, the A-Game Concessions. Don't be fooled by the word "concessions"; this is no movie theater inlet serving up tubs of popcorn and soda for $17.50. This is a regular quick-serve eatery, serving thousands of customers in a single weekend during our numerous Basketball, Volleyball, and Hockey tournaments.

You don't need to have experience flipping burgers, but you should have experience with serving customers, leading people, and staying upbeat in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. If you have worked or supervised in a quality food-service environment such as Panera, Starbucks, or Chick-fil-A, but would like a work environment where you can have a voice and make an impact on the direction of the business, then this job is for you.

Duties Include:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the Concession Area
- Maintain inventories and assist with ordering
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Schedule and supervise staff
- This is a full-time position

Part-time Manager on Duty (MOD)

If you have been to A-Game, you have probably met Wesley. Pencil behind the ear, radio on his hip, and no-nonsense attitude, but quick with a joke. During prime hours (definition: whenever kids are not sleeping or at school), we need an MOD roaming the halls, keeping things orderly and customers happy. We've tried to make Wesley work 7 days week, and we've tried to survive Monday & Tuesday without him, but neither of those options have panned out!

We need somebody to fill in the gaps, which are currently partial weekend hours plus Monday & Tuesday. If you have it takes to quickly become a jack-of-all-trades and learn a little bit about everything that goes on here, and you like to keep moving rather than occupying a desk, this job might be right for you.

Duties Include:
- Supervise/assist with event setup, ranging from sport rentals on the courts, to meetings and parties in our various multi-purpose rooms
- Help track and ensure that all events/rentals that occur on your watch are paid for
- Send nightly summary report to department heads
- The buck stops with you: you are a member of the A-Game management team, and as such are empowered to make decisions and solve problems as the need arises.
- This is a part-time position. Hours will vary week-to-week based on events. Typical schedule would be 28-32 hours, Saturday-Tuesday.
